ACCESS
Patients and families deserve safe, fair, affordable, and informed access to cannabis care.
Care should not depend on your zip code, income, or connections.
HEALTH
Cannabis policy is healthcare policy. Patients, caregivers, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, researchers, and public-health professionals must have a meaningful voice in shaping it.
JUSTICE
NO ONE SHOULD BE INCARCERATED BECAUSE OF A PLANT.
Cannabis reform must include decriminalization, record relief, prison reform, reentry, and meaningful relief for people and communities harmed by prohibition.
FREEDOM
People deserve dignity, autonomy, privacy, due process, and fair treatment under the law. Cannabis policy must also address employment, housing, family consequences, probation, parole, and other civil-liberties concerns.
RESEARCH
Policy should be informed by science, clinical experience, public-health evidence, and the lived experiences of patients and communities. Use verified evidence and clearly identify uncertainty.
BUSINESS &
OPPORTUNITY
Cannabis policy affects jobs, entrepreneurship, workforce development, innovation, and responsible economic opportunity.
