Volunteer Roles
We need volunteers across a range of roles — from registration and logistics to accessibility support and media. All volunteers receive a complimentary event pass, an exclusive Pressure Play Squad bag, and more.
Registration & Check-In
Full day preferredWelcome attendees, manage check-in, distribute materials, and answer general questions at the registration desk.
Room Monitors & Session Support
Half or full dayAssist session facilitators, manage room capacity, distribute handouts, and support Q&A logistics.
Accessibility Support
Full day preferredAssist attendees with mobility, sensory, or other accessibility needs throughout the event. Training provided.
Exhibitor & Resource Fair Support
Morning setup + full dayHelp set up and manage the community resource fair and exhibitor tables.
Logistics & Setup/Teardown
Early morning and/or eveningAssist with venue setup, signage, materials staging, and post-event teardown.
Photography & Media
Full day preferredDocument the event through photography or video. Must have own equipment. Media release required.
Social Media & Live Coverage
Full dayPost real-time updates, photos, and highlights to Cannabis Unity social channels during the event.
Hospitality & Green Room
Full daySupport speakers, panelists, and VIP guests with hospitality, scheduling, and green room coordination.
